  1. I have started using flax seed oil in addition to all the fish I eat and find it really helps my eczema.


  2. Good one…yes certainly Omega-3 fatty acids
    really help fighting allergies. There are many
    type of foods reach in Omega-3, therefor one
    can choose any food they like.
