Gluten is Everywhere! If you have  Celiac Disease and gluten intolerance you will have an uphill battle to find all the gluten contaminants in your food and surroundings.   1. How do you meet the Nutritional, Social & Emotional needs of a child who has Celiac Disease? How do you adapt activities and experiences involving food, interacting with other children at meal and snack time and working with parents.
