Most people who say they are allergic to dairy actually have problems digesting lactose which is the sugar in milk, this is called lactose intolerance. If you have this condition, you lack the enzymes that are necessary to break down the lactose in milk. You might have nausea, diarrhea, bloating, flatulence and malabsorption.
