For much of the U.S. this week was open your windows week.

I blog a lot about not opening your windows most of the Spring, Fall and Summer. This is to keep out allergens. A house still needs to be aired out occasionally to cut down on indoor pollutants.

This is the time to air things out, It’s reasonably warm right now in most of the middle of the U.S. and nothing has really started to blossom yet. Where I live we had temperatures in the seventies most of the week. Next week we are in for colder temps once again.

These breaks in cold weather are so welcome when it’s been so terribly cold and snowy all winter. Enjoy!

  1. Where I live this is the Spring allergy season. Be sure to specify what area of the country you are writing about. about. I see you live in the Midwest.
